The Journey
Dr. Ankita Jain grew up in East Lyme, CT. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut. She graduated from American University of Antigua College of Medicine. She then went on to complete her Residency Training in Family Medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Following residency, she did a Fellowship in Addiction Medicine for further specialization. With nearly a decade of experience, Dr. Jain has returned to her New England roots to provide unparalleled, evidence based medicine to her patients. Her goal is to cultivate a nourishing therapeutic relationship with her patients and their families to achieve an extremely personalized, comprehensive primary care experience for her patients.
